AI Engineer / Data Scientist, AI Experienced Associate

Job Description & Summary

As part of the AI Engineering team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, we’re seeking an innovative and versatile AI professional with AI and ML development and/or testing expertise. In this role, you’ll work with teams building and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions within real-world applications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and product teams to help test and deliver impactful AI products.

In this role, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy software and platform systems that create Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based solutions at scale. Your work will involve designing AI systems, data wrangling, and software implementation to enable AI models to be useful and scalable. You will be expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and success as a team. You will also be encouraged to grow in a fast-paced environment by adapting to diverse challenges and contributing to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Develop scalable machine learning models to support client decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms
• Conduct data wrangling and preprocessing to prepare datasets for analysis
• Apply advanced algorithms to enhance the performance of AI models
• Build and deploy software systems that leverage AI and machine learning technologies
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that inform business strategies
• Support client engagements by delivering quality work and adapting to diverse project requirements
• Engage in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and knowledge in AI engineering
• Uphold professional and technical standards while contributing to team success

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science; Artificial Intelligence/Robotics; Computer Science/Information Systems; Engineering
• At least one of the following certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning techniques
• Ability to excel in client support within fast-paced environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse client needs and project scopes
• Ability to build a personal brand through consistent quality work
• Strong analytical skills to discern patterns and insights

Up to 20%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $141,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
