Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) Overview

Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) is a global function responsible for making the right credit and fraud risk decisions that uphold operational excellence, drive growth, and accelerate innovation across American Express. CFR combines technology and infrastructure with new computing techniques to improve risk decisions and enable real-time customer communications and fraud servicing.

Risk Products Team

The Risk Products team of Credit and Fraud Risk brings risk strategies to life by enabling customer-focused capabilities for Card and Non-Card products. You will collaborate with partners across other Risk teams, Marketing, Finance, Servicing, Legal/Compliance, Banking, and Technologies to create world-class analytical capabilities and solutions that minimize credit and fraud risk while improving the customer experience.
