Assistant Officer, Talent Hub And Agency Marketing (Department Facilitation)

Responsibilities

• Compile recruitment-related statistical and progress reports; maintain databases to support management decisions.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between the company and agencies.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment events, campaigns, and job fairs.
• Handle agency enquiries in a timely manner.
• Replenish and manage recruitment materials and stock inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, with study background in Insurance, Financial, or Marketing.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in event administration or an insurance-related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with web-based graphic design platforms; and AI prompt writing is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
