About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop your skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also provides opportunities for networking and development to expand your professional network and build transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) at divisional levels.
• Continuously monitor cases and reports to identify trends, track risk anomalies, and escalate key findings to management.
• Assist in case analysis and risk investigations by supporting user reports and risk signals, identifying key risk characteristics, and improving risk strategies for high-risk and organized cases.
• Optimize AI tools and workflows to enhance risk operations, process automation, automated alerting, and cross-functional project tracking.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Basic understanding of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, with an interest in risk control and anti-fraud.
• Strong interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); familiarity with basic prompt usage or automation tools is a plus.
• Strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to make independent judgments based on research.
• Good cross-functional communication and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple task queues with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL/Datawind is a plus.
