Job Description

The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, models, investment memoranda, and presentations
• Support the due diligence process
• Monitor the performance of existing investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Learning Outcomes

• Gain a strong understanding of the data centre investment life cycle
• Understand the drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and fundamental research (highly desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends
