Job Description

• Process customers’ requests in the Card Services Customer Fulfillment function, e.g., cancellation of cards, replacement of cards, bill payment, and GIRO applications.
• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback, complaints, and queries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency, and service quality in the team.
• Support digitization efforts driven by management and complete ad-hoc/admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 1 year of working experience in banking operations, payments, or cards functions.
• Good communication skills.
• Open to a 1-year contract.
