Contract CSBG Operation Analyst

The impact you’ll make

This position will interact with customers, Sales, and internal stakeholders such as Sales Ops and Finance to monitor and track Lam SG CSBG Sales QxR revenue and forecasts via regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management and stakeholders. The role will also create, track, and maintain FID/CID, quotations, and PO status; manage invoice issuance and GR closure; track profitability projects (VF2.0); manage AT profitability; maintain a customer saving ledger; and handle various deals and associated credits.

What you’ll do

• Create and track FID/CID for Lam SG Sales QxR
• Prepare quotations for repeat orders
• Closely follow up on customer PO, invoice issuance, and GR closure
• Update and maintain business opportunities/forecast on the Supplier Sloting Portal
• Manage Account Team profitability, customer saving ledger, various deals, and associated credits
• Prepare deal sheets for ADM submission and follow up/expedite ADM approval for spares/service/upgrade business
• Deliver regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management and stakeholders
• Communicate revenue recognition quarter, target labor hours, quotation numbers, and PO numbers with the CSBG operations and Finance teams
• Gather, consolidate, analyze forecasts, and develop Q×R (Quantity × Revenue) projections for spares
• Work with CSR to determine cost, price, and status of parts to decide whether to pursue spares business or CU business
• Manage Workdays workflow and CoO entry; follow up and expedite NSR approval progress
• Work with the Account Team to define scopes of NCU/CU/Reliant business demands
• Maintain chamber quantity connected with EIDH license monthly for quarterly billing
• Provide various reporting and updates (Semiverse/Contract Performance)
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or a Diploma holder with more than 3 years of related work experience (Sales Support, Finance, or Admin role)
• Proficiency in data analytics (Power BI)
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Verbal and written proficiency in English
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Meticulous with good organizing and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. “On-site Flex” you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. “Virtual Flex” you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
