How You Succeed

You will be a specialist in Debt Capital Markets, working with Team Leaders on originating, structuring, and executing debt capital market transactions for corporates and financial institutions across both conventional and digital issuance channels. The role spans traditional debt financing activities and digital capital markets initiatives, including tokenized bonds, digital securities, distributed ledger technology (DLT)-enabled platforms, and emerging market infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong capital markets and analytical skills, with a keen interest in leveraging digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation to shape the future of capital markets.

What You Do

  • Conduct fundamental and credit analysis on corporates and financial institutions, including modelling balance sheets and cash flows to support debt financing solutions.
  • Support Team Leaders in origination, structuring, and marketing of fixed income solutions through idea generation, market updates, and client pitch materials.
  • Assist in execution of debt capital market transactions, including internal approvals, transaction documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support syndication, bookbuilding, investor marketing activities, and organisation of investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Monitor market developments, issuance activity, investor trends, and comparable transactions.
  • Support development and execution of digital capital markets initiatives and transactions, including tokenized bonds, digital securities, and DLT-enabled issuance platforms.
  • Analyse developments in digital finance, tokenisation, digital asset infrastructure, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Support adoption of AI-powered tools and digital solutions to enhance market intelligence, workflow automation, content generation, and transaction execution.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives that advance the Bank’s digital capital markets and innovation agenda.

Who You Are

  • University degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, capital markets, or financial services.
  • Good understanding of debt capital markets, fixed income products, and corporate financing concepts.
  • Strong interest in Digital Capital Markets, tokenization, digital securities, and emerging financial technologies.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), workflow automation, data analytics, or digital productivity tools would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Bloomberg would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
