As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology paired with friendly, attentive service. You will help drive branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences—building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service—greeting clients as they enter the branch, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including how to use technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions—partnering with other branch team members to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others, while following all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.
