Membership Concierge Professional (MCP) — Centurion New York

The Membership Concierge Professional (MCP) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Card Members visiting Centurion New York. Serving as the face of American Express, you will act as a brand ambassador and work collaboratively with a team to provide an outstanding experience aligned with our brand promise.

A successful Centurion New York MCP has a passion for delivering extraordinary service to Centurion Card Members by assisting with travel, card servicing, concierge requests, and lifestyle services—tailoring products and services to meet immediate needs and deepen the relationship with American Express.

• Create exceptional customer interactions every day
• Assist Centurion Card Members with travel and concierge requests
• Support card servicing needs
• Provide lifestyle services by tailoring offerings to customers’ immediate needs
• Deliver a customer-first experience that reflects American Express brand standards
