JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for great customer service to join the Pension Operations team as an Operations Analyst. You will manage pension operations functions, including transfers, drawdown, and contributions, ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will also contribute to process improvements and take initiative in driving your career and development forward.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage pension operations functions, including transfers, drawdown, and contributions.
• Understand and process the end-to-end transfer journey for customers.
• Contribute to changing and improving processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension products and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support the implementation of strategic change initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage workload across multiple workstreams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrable understanding of personal pension transfer, contributions, and drawdown processes.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload.
• Passion for delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Ability to discuss customer experience and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Curiosity and willingness to succeed.
• Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of DC pension schemes.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
