Position Overview
NaturalMotion, a Zynga and Take-Two Interactive company, is seeking a Coordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to support the popular CSR Racing franchise. In this role, you will coordinate contracts for all licensed content in partnership with numerous licensors, helping ensure successful licensed content releases.
You will work closely with the Licensing Manager to manage the contract process across hundreds of external licensors for content appearing in our games. This role includes contract preparation, review of key terms, submission for internal review, processing of payments, handling additional contractual terms (e.g., COI, PLI), and tracking status through dashboards to the appropriate teams.
You will be flexible, highly motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong communication to flag contractual risks or dependencies early with the Licensing Manager.
Who We Are
At NaturalMotion, we create games that wow people by innovating to deliver experiences that would not exist without us. We take pride in building titles that reach a broad audience and in fostering communities that last.
Our Racing business is responsible for the CSR Racing franchise, including CSR2, the #1 racing game on mobile, and the next installment, CSR3. The studio group is based in London and Bangalore and welcomes diverse, humble, straightforward, and ambitious talent, supported to do their best work.
We operate in a hybrid work environment: you will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
What You’ll Do

- Contracts (outbound): Prepare contract drafts from templates for the Licensing Manager, submit drafts for legal review, and coordinate the review process to ensure timely progression, managing priorities and flagging delays.
- Contractual Obligations: Manage communications and delivery of contractual requirements within licensor agreements, which may include legal notice communication to the development team and providing valid insurances to the licensor. Onboard licensors for payment, handle and process invoices, including raising purchase orders when required.
- Reporting: Enter and track contract statuses for stakeholders using automated workflows. Update release tracking from the development team, share potential risks with the Licensing Manager for mitigation, and provide weekly updates to the development team.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Licensing and Partnerships team for the CSR Racing franchise. Report to the Licensing Manager and work closely with the vehicle content team as the bridge to third-party licensors to manage the approval process.
