Job Description

• Assess processes to identify potential compliance risks and provide advice to internal teams.
• Advise internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs.
• Manage controls and conduct reviews post-implementation.
• Manage internal and external reviews and audits.
• Ensure incidents are actioned with proper plans and closed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Follow up on compliance issues requiring investigation, including raising and closing incidents.
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal risk stakeholders, including Group Compliance, Non-Financial Risk Management, and Group Legal.
• Provide relevant training to cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
• Support business units in Operational Risk Reporting.
• Support the line manager in cultivating risk awareness and culture within the business unit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
