Role

Data Analyst at Lalamove. You will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand business objectives and define analytics goals
• Develop and apply analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems
• Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to allow stakeholders to make data-informed decisions
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate them to different audiences

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus
• Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analyses
• Good command of English (both written and oral)
