Concierge, Eaton Square

Role Overview

Working in one of London’s most prestigious residential garden squares, this role involves daily interactions with high-profile customers and owning these relationships on a day-to-day basis. It is a hands-on, active, customer-facing position where you will be the first point of contact for residents on Eaton Square, representing the Eaton Square team in a highly visible capacity and working across the square throughout the day.

You will keep the customer at the heart of every action, enjoy direct exposure and interactions with residents within your allocated portfolio, build trust, and prioritise tasks to see them through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge services for properties within your allocated section, including support for vulnerable adults as required.
• Own customer communication within the buildings, keeping residents informed of any issues as required.
• Act as the face of the Eaton Square team and the first point of contact for residents, ensuring updates are provided on reported issues.
• Build trust with residents and capture important feedback from them.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and security at all times.
• Proactively manage the gardens and work with the Garden and Landscape team.
• Collaborate with the wider Operations and Grosvenor teams to contribute to sustainability and people-positive goals.

Work Schedule

The Concierge service is provided on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a 1-month period, with potential adjustments to meet service levels.

• A working day is defined as 8am–6pm, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 30-minute breaks.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a high-end, customer-focused role, ideally in a concierge capacity.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and relationships, including interactions with high-profile or challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements.
• Enhanced DBS check.
