Role details
The Analyst within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) supports the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, with a particular focus on processes, people, and technology. Primary responsibilities include status tracking, productivity analytics, benefits realization, and project execution support to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. The Analyst will collaborate across functions and closely with business teams to drive data-driven insights, enhance adoption, and optimize transformation delivery.
Status Reporting & Governance
- Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready reporting on project plans, progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, including refining and adopting data definitions, reporting templates, and standards.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and project documentation.
Project Support & Coordination
- Support end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, including planning, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Assist project managers in maintaining timelines, documentation, and governance standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across the transformation portfolio.
Productivity & Value Analysis
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, including scenario modelling and forecasting.
- Conduct detailed productivity and performance analysis across transformation initiatives, identifying efficiency gains and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on financial and non-financial benefits, including ROI, cost savings, and operational improvements.
User Behaviour & Adoption Analysis
- Monitor user behaviour and adoption metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Provide recommendations to enhance user adoption and overall project success.
- Support user readiness, deployment tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in project management, transformation, consulting, or business analysis roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management principles and frameworks.
