A Day in the Life
- Perform shift duties to support production (12hr shift, rotate 4 monthly)
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per PM schedule and specification
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas
- Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering evaluations/experiments/troubleshooting
- Provide equipment support and sustain production operation with minimum machine breakdowns and repair time
- Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and other improvement projects
- Ensure work performed adheres to ISO 13485:2003 and 21 CFR 820 requirements
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve equipment stability and performance
- Assist new colleagues on their On-the-Job Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
- Participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of PM results
Qualifications
Education
Higher secondary with technical work experience or High School Diploma, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. / Cleanroom
