Role Details

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Virgin Money Complaints Quality Control Team. You will need to have a flexible and agile approach as you will undertake a range of activities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven by our purpose and is an advocate for ensuring our customers, both internal and external, are at the heart of everything we do.

Contract Type

We have a permanent role and a 12-month secondment opportunity.

Hybrid Working & Location

Nationwide offers hybrid working wherever possible. The approach supports flexible work arrangements while bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, and also providing generous access to home working. We value time in the office to solve problems, learn, and stay connected.

Location & Collaboration

You’ll be assigned to the nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
