As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we win with consumers' preferences in learning about, choosing, and using our product. Working in brand management at Procter & Gamble means being a total business owner. You will guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. Brand Managers work across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that grow the brand profitably. Together, we create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every day.
Your Role
1. Brand Strategy & Initiative Delivery
- Translate brand strategy into clear annual and in-year operating plans
- Lead delivery of brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches from concept through in-market execution
- Ensure strong creative quality and execution across touchpoints
- Manage agency and partner relationships to deliver on time, on quality, and on budget
2. Cross-Functional Leadership in a Lean Model
- Partner closely with Media, Product Supply, R&D, Design, Sales, Finance, and other critical functions
- Actively manage tradeoffs, timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in the absence of large support teams
3. Brand Stewardship & Decision Making
- Ensure all work adheres to brand standards, claims, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Apply sound brand judgment in day-to-day decisions
- Balance speed, quality, and compliance in execution
- Identify risks early and escalate appropriately
4. Performance Management & Growth Acceleration
- Own performance tracking across brand equity, media, and in-market KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps using data and insights
- Apply a learning agenda to continuously improve results
- Build fact-based cases for future investment, optimization, and scale

We Are Looking For
- Candidate with 1–3 years of working experience. Related FMCG/Retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to drive innovation and brand growth
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
