Job Description

Ready to fuel the success of globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, and Oral-B? Do you want to be part of the innovation and technological advancement of products used every day by millions of the world’s consumers? Want to work for a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?

Then apply for our winter placement in Supply Chain at P&G in Weybridge (our UK Head Office, an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office). We are proud to be recognised by Gartner as one of the four Supply Chain Masters, a distinction that recognises our long-standing excellence and legacy.

What To Expect

During your placement, you will explore the world of Supply Chain at P&G, discovering what it entails and determining if it’s the right fit for you.

We’re seeking passionate interns ready to drive the future of supply chain excellence. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, focusing on automation, analytics, and insights that transform how products reach consumers and shine on store shelves. You could lead projects for new product launches or promotional displays, forecast for iconic brands, or act as a key supply chain partner for major UK retailers.

Our industrial placement in P&G Supply Chain is designed to immerse you in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will be entrusted with real technical and business projects to lead and execute over the placement. From day one, you’ll be part of a diverse, collaborative team, empowered to deliver impactful results.

If you’re committed to leading, eager to learn, and passionate to win—while aspiring to build a career at P&G—this placement is for you!

What You Will Gain

  • Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given projects and responsibilities working on real business challenges, like a true P&Ger.
  • Continuous training & coaching: You will receive formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The monthly salary is £2,625. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, private health insurance, participation in a stock ownership plan, and a Flex4Me Fund to tailor your benefits.
  • Full-Time Role: Successful interns may secure a full-time position after graduation. As a “build from within” company, employees start at entry level and progress, with mentoring and coaching throughout.

What We Look For

  • This placement is a 5-month internship from August to December 2026. Ideally, you’d be available for full-time roles starting in early 2027 after completing the internship. There are opportunities for a longer placement starting in October 2026 for a 12-month placement launching in October 2026.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of—whether it’s a musical instrument or work experience—so we can get to know you during your application.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, eager to embrace new challenges and develop skills, ready to finish the internship with practical supply chain expertise.
  • Strong foundational problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

For placement roles, you must provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement without sponsorship from P&G. Your right to work permission must be valid from 1 August 2026 to December 2026 for full-time (minimum 37.5 hours per week).

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1. All applicants will be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
