About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to SAP systems, business processes, and enterprise technology solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and contribute to real-world business transformation initiatives. The internship runs January to June 2027 (off-cycle).

Responsibilities

• You will be expected to work with our team to deliver a broad range of services including Cloud ERP strategy, system selection, business process improvement, system implementation, as well as project management.
• Assist in supporting SAP modules and day-to-day system operations.
• Support documentation of business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide support in troubleshooting basic SAP-related issues.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to SAP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• You are expected to contribute to building assets on SAP solutions and technologies.

About You

• Penultimate year from reputable local universities.
• Good understanding of ERP functionalities in Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Engineering Maintenance, budgeting and planning, consolidation, HR, Data Analytics will be advantageous.
• Are keen to develop themselves in the profession.
• Strong academic degree (or master's) in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; will be an advantage.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse complex issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
• Service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence.
