Job Description
We are seeking a Data & Digital Marketing Analyst to support marketing strategy, performance analysis, and go-to-market initiatives through data-driven insights. The candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate data, customer insights, and experimentation results into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze marketing and customer data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, R, and analytics dashboards
- Support performance tracking across campaigns, channels, and funnels using defined KPIs
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and data wrangling to support decision making
- Translate data findings into clear narratives and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
AI & Emerging Technology Exposure
- Support go-to-market efforts for AI-enabled or data-driven products
- Assist in translating technical workflows or product capabilities into customer-friendly messaging
- Participate in competitive analysis and market benchmarking for AI or analytics-driven platforms
- Use AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants) to support research, content drafting, and analysis under guidance
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 56,690 - 65,008
Compensation & Benefits
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable laws. The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of posting and may change. Actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on factors including location, education, certifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
