J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Healthcare Coverage Group provides a full range of investment banking services to clients across the EMEA region. Our clients include leading firms in their industries. The group focuses on delivering creative solutions for mergers and acquisitions and for equity and debt capital raising. As an Analyst in the Investment Banking EMEA Healthcare team, you will be a key contributor to our business strategy and execution, participating in the full cycle of transactional execution—from preparing marketing pitches and financial models to presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will lead elements of the execution function, collaborate with senior bankers and associates, and partner with other bankers from the group as well as colleagues from other industry and product teams across EMEA and globally. Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, including client communication and coordination of the advisory team both externally and within the bank
• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
• Conduct detailed valuation analyses (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, LBO) and other financial analyses
• Prepare presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other materials for corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
• Lead daily deal execution and project management, maintaining regular dialogue with clients and prospects
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Coordinate with J.P. Morgan product teams, global sector teams, UK equities, and research departments

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior investment banking experience, preferably in a Healthcare coverage role
• Proficient financial modeling, valuation, analytical and numeracy skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask across multiple projects
• Professional and mature client interaction skills
• High attention to detail, proactivity, and strong time management
• Commitment to an inclusive teamwork environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and defend their validity
