Job Title: Treasury Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a Treasury Administrator to join our Pension Administration team. This permanent role can be based in our Liverpool, Cheltenham, Bristol, Amersham or Birmingham offices, working on a hybrid basis. The team supports Pension Administration by reconciling bank accounts, investments, contributions and annuities.

Snapshot of your day

• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounting and banking records
• Reconciliation of pooled investment funds and assistance with the reconciliation of more complex investments
• Perform cashflow forecasting and arrange investments and disinvestments
• Maintain effective client relationships with trustees and auditors
• Check the work of other team members as appropriate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures
• Project-based work, as agreed from time to time

What we are looking for

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 5/C in Maths and English; these are essential
• Some technical knowledge; the ideal candidate will be looking to undertake the AAT qualification and will have previous experience working in an accounting or financial services industry
• Knowledge of the pensions industry would be advantageous but is not essential
