Pay Transparency & Location
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than the typical market range; however, we hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
Poland: PLN 103,000 – PLN 121,025
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Role Overview
Our Strategic Sales Development Representatives partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build and drive sales pipeline for our most complex customer base, while ensuring a delightful customer experience. This work is done in tight coordination with our Sales Operations & Marketing teams.
What you'll do
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota attainment, feedback, and customer obsession for our largest customers
- Collaborate with enterprise sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams
- Be customer-focused, organized, and skilled at navigating objections with value-driven messaging
- Excel at personalized prospecting to delight customers using email, social, video, and phone
- Build the pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise Marketing teams
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's organization, goals, and challenges to better meet their needs; enhance service by finding ways to add value
- Leverage sales technology and work within SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
Your background

- Experience: 1–2 years of prospecting experience or a recent transition from recruitment or sales, with a track record as a top sales professional; interest in software sales
Note: This is a remote role.
