What the Role Entails

Responsibilities

• Establishing an overseas data product system, including AI Agent, data BI, data analysis, self-service analytics, and other data application platforms, by collaborating with global game R&D studios and analyzing global game data and application scenario features.
• Coordinating with development and design teams, controlling project implementation and final results, and optimizing product design and operation to achieve the value of game data solutions.
• Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing targeted solutions.

Who We Look For

Qualifications

1. Strong English communication and collaboration skills across teams; ability to understand and explore actual usage requirements of overseas users and design reasonable product solutions.
2. Master’s degree with basic knowledge of statistics, computer fundamentals, data mining, information management, and product design.
3. Experience in product management, product design, UI/UX, and data analysis, with an understanding of data mining or NLP applications.
4. Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Axure/Figma for design; understanding of interaction visualization principles; familiarity with Tableau or other BI visualization and self-service analytics tools.
5. Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills; interest in the game industry; strong ability to work under pressure; self-drive and entrepreneurial spirit; ability to grow quickly.
6. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
