About the job

As an Associate Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, building foundational knowledge across a wide range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will develop your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we support you with a comprehensive training and mentoring program to become a skilled consultant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
• Internship experience in banking, insurance, technology, and/or consulting is advantageous
• Basic understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance is a plus
• Ability to apply technology concepts to business problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and business challenges through interviews and workshops, translating requirements into well-structured solutions
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients through business proposals and presentation materials
• Support project documentation, ensuring processes and deliverables are clearly recorded for management review
• Interact closely with clients through regular project updates, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
