INTERN: Compliance

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join the Compliance Department in Hong Kong. This summer internship supports the APAC Compliance Governance, Risk and Conduct (GRC) team by assisting with compliance initiatives across the APAC region. The internship is for 2 to 3 months and is fully on-site (no remote work) during the summer period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prepare presentations. Translate complex regulatory or technical topics into clear, impactful slides and enhance executive presentations.
• Support the compliance policy and procedure creation and review.
• Assist with gathering and reporting metrics of management information.
• Support data preparation and analysis for compliance dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to GRC team projects/initiatives and support Group inquiries as needed.
• Collect and analyze project requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to the development of project plans and documentation.
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines, track progress, and identify and address potential issues.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
