Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
• Generate and match trade confirmations according to ISDA templates
• Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time
• Coordinate transaction processing issues with the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
• Participate in periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets by driving compliance with laws and regulations, applying ethical judgment, and escalating/control issue reporting with transparency

General Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and support the FX PB Client Executive team in daily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of FX transactions for FX PB clients globally
• Partner with global teams to support the FXPB platinum client base
• Serve as the main point of contact for client/administrator operational inquiries
• Monitor FXPB client trading within the FXPB matching system (TRM)
• Participate in reducing errors and optimize trading flows for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with FX Operations teams globally to reduce operational risk
• Book exotic option types in Simpliciti and process NDF Fixes
• Support and test system upgrades; provide solutions for tech-related issues
• Perform daily reconciliation for FX and Options regarding breaks and P&L

Required Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge/Experience:

• Client service experience essential
• Middle Office or Operations background
• Exposure to FX products/solutions and other bank product areas
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is a benefit
• Ability to schedule work and manage priorities effectively
• Strong relationship-building skills and root-cause analysis capabilities

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Computer literacy and quick grasp of in-house systems
• Numerical proficiency
• Sound judgment and professionalism in problem-solving; escalate as appropriate

Qualifications:

• GCE A-Level or equivalent; good numeric skills
• Industry exams (e.g., IAQ module) or equivalent
