Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational support services.
- Conduct service calls to assist customers with general banking inquiries.
- Assist with daily tasks assigned by the team lead and operations managers, including KYC for incoming and outgoing payments, misfund transfers, CRS, FATCA, stock transfers, and account closure follow-ups referred by Compliance.
- Conduct risk profiling through IRPQ assessments.
- Perform regular sales surveillance calls.
- Promote products and services for potential client upgrades.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding Citi’s reputation and assets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or branch operations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
- HKSI 1, 7, 8 Certifications.
