Role Overview

• IT services team is looking for L2 support.

• The resource should have experience working on L2 support tickets.

• ServiceNow experience is a must.

• Experience with Mac OS.

• MDM (Mobile Device Management).

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.

• Experience working in ServiceNow.

• Mac OS experience.

• Mobile Device Management experience.

• IT Troubleshooting experience.

• High School Diploma / GED.
