STPG NAND Product Development Engineer – Test Chip Vehicle

As an entry-level product engineer, you will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment developing next-generation NAND memory products used in mobile, data center, automotive, and AI applications. This role is designed to give new graduates hands-on exposure to the full semiconductor product lifecycle, from early silicon bring-up to product qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support silicon bring-up, testing, and characterization of NAND memory devices
• Assist with execution and analysis of electrical, functional, parametric, and reliability tests
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and yield issues
• Work with senior engineers to debug silicon and test failures
• Participate in continuous improvement of test coverage and development flows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline
• Strong academic foundation in semiconductor fundamentals, digital electronics, circuits, or device physics
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn, effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework, projects, or internships related to IC design, testing, or characterization. Memory technologies (NAND flash) is a plus
• Exposure to data analysis tools (JMP, Python, MATLAB) and laboratory/test environments utilizing automated test equipment, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal generator, or spectrum analyzers
• Coursework or projects that utilize AI for complex models and real-time data handling, LLM, or Agentic AI
