Today, we are on a journey of transformation—leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. Our strategic ambition is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

Why Join

- Collaborate with other stakeholders to introduce new equity derivatives structured products for the Bank’s customers to meet their investment needs.
- Market-make equity derivatives products with competitive pricing and manage the resulting equity derivatives positions for the Bank.
- Help senior traders implement and improve their strategies and develop new equity and derivatives trading strategies for the desk.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Who You Are
- BS or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
- Work experience in equities derivatives trading.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Strong programming and computer skills, including AI, Python, C#, VBA, Bloomberg, and MS Office.
What We Offer
