Responsibilities

• Support the continuous enhancement of chatbot systems by uploading, maintaining, and optimizing data
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies in chatbot knowledge base
• Analyze historical case data to refine categorization, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights
• Assist in maintaining and improving SOP documentation in collaboration with senior team members
• Contribute to process efficiency by developing simple automation solutions through basic programming

• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in AI / Machine Learning
• Basic knowledge of wealth products
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Analytical mind with the ability to think strategically
