Your Role

• To support business unit revenue/billing needs
• Support first level manufacturing support in terms of outlier material disposition
• System support: manufacturing documentation and statistical rules/algorithm development
• New product introduction operational follow-up

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in any engineering-related field
• Semiconductor/product testing experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and good team player
• Strong quantitative, analytical and effective communication skills
• Result-oriented and driven
• Good problem-solving skills; able to plan and forecast
• Able to work in a cross-cultural environment and effectively liaise with Europe Division counterparts as well as Asia subcontractors
• Strong Power BI/BO report skillset is a plus
