As an Associate Analytics Engineer, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining the data ecosystem that powers regulatory reporting and internal analytics. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, data science, and policy—transforming raw logs into reliable, accessible insights that protect our platform and its users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data infrastructure to support regulatory reporting and internal analytics within Trust & Safety.
• Transform raw logs into reliable, accessible insights for platform protection and user safety.
• Collaborate across data engineering, data science, and policy teams to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility to support regulatory compliance and internal analytics.
• Develop self-serve analytics capabilities and dashboards for stakeholders.
