Role Overview

You will work alongside experienced professionals as part of a project team. You may be expected to contribute to the team in the following ways:

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations of businesses, investment funds’ portfolios, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including derivatives, equity and debt securities, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory.
• Retrieve and analyse information obtained from Bloomberg or other sources.
• Conduct comparable company/comparable transaction analysis for WACC.
• Write and edit reports/proposals.
• Conduct basic financial modelling.
• Conduct market and industry research.
