About the Role

KPMG has a strong SAP team in the region and is assisting several clients with end-to-end business and digital transformation and implementation enabled by SAP software. Our practice is expanding, and we are looking for highly motivated candidates for our Singapore Practice who can work on digital transformation products led by SAP technologies. In this role, you will be part of our SAP/Technology team responsible for assisting business consultants with SAP knowledge across various functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Analytics, across multiple sectors and industries. You will be involved with large multinational companies and local conglomerates within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough and analytical, with the ability to apply logic to solve problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus amid conflicting demands.
  • Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills.
  • Support project management or other management functions in projects.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and HR processes and how to implement them in SAP.
  • Support the development and delivery of presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in documenting processes and knowledge, including how-to guides, technical notes, training materials, and related resources.

Ideal Candidate

  • Possess a bachelor degree or professional qualification in psychology, business, or related field.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Be vigilant, customer- and service-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude for learning new skill sets and taking on new roles and challenges.
  • Possess critical thinking, strong listening skills, and strong problem-solving abilities to provide conclusions based on data findings.
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to a constantly evolving business environment.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a proactive and collaborative work style.
  • Possess knowledge and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), programming, and ERP systems (advantageous).
