Hang Seng Bank Youth Placement Programme (YP Programme)

We welcome 2024–2026 graduates from different disciplines to join our Youth Placement Programme. This full-time placement provides hands-on banking knowledge and skills to help you stand out in the financial industry. Placement opportunities are available across various bank functions and you can select your preferred stream during the application.

Programme Overview

Duration: 12 months full-time employment

Employment Period: July 2026 – June 2027 (subject to availability)

Requirements

• 2024–2026 graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above. All academic disciplines are welcome
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (IANG or TTPS)
• Effective communication, adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations
• Ability to contribute diverse ideas to create innovative solutions
• Strong desire to learn and ability to work in an agile environment
• Openness, teamwork, and integrity
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
