Our Youth Placement Programme (YP Programme) provides a full-time placement experience that will equip you with valuable banking knowledge and skills to work in the financial industry, putting you one step ahead of the rest.

Placement opportunities will be available throughout the bank in different business units and functions, allowing you to select your preferred stream in the application.

Programme Overview

Duration: 12 months Full Time Employment

Employment Period: July 2026 – June 2027 (subject to availability)

Requirements

• 2024–2026 graduates with bachelor’s degree or above. All academic disciplines are welcome
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (IANG or TTPS)
• Able to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges with a positive attitude
• Able to contribute divergent ideas to create new and innovative solutions
• Strong desire to learn and the ability to work in an agile environment
• Advocate of openness, teamwork and integrity
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
