2026 APAC Long Internship (July to December) - Wealth Management, Digital Solutions

Role and Team

As a Growth Hacker intern, you will be part of a team focused on increasing usage and adoption of internal solutions and digital products and services for clients. While you will be part of the Wealth Management Team, you will also participate in Singapore Territory initiatives.

Responsibilities

Wealth Management

• Growth Hacking: Plan and execute growth activities at every step of the customer journey to increase adoption of wealth management digital solutions (including internet and mobile banking features, online trading, communications, and digital signing capabilities).
• Data Analytics: Review all analytics touchpoints for digital wealth management solutions; consolidate findings and make recommendations to elevate analytics; implement those recommendations.
• myImpact: Project manage the implementation of the sustainability-focused tools in Asia, including awareness of UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Singapore Territory

• eXcite Programme: Support planning and execution of Southeast Asia Territory initiatives to build a community of innovators; participate in events, provide editorial coverage, and communicate outcomes to the BNP Paribas community.
• Design Thinking: Support Design Factory Asia workshops, including planning, coordination, and facilitation of workshops.
• Overall Qualities: Be dynamic, a self-starter, and comfortable with a broad scope of work; act as a strategist for content and engagement, execute tasks, and overcome impediments; work with senior stakeholders and collaborate with various functions to drive programmes.

Direct Responsibilities

• Operational management of the eXcite Echonet Site (review submissions, author and update content, enhance site features, curate submissions for internal communications).
• Coordinate with internal colleagues for submission clarifications and work closely with the project team.
• Organize design thinking workshops on behalf of the team’s facilitators; plan and execute strategies to grow the eXcite programme.
• Consolidate and prepare reports to track the programme’s success; showcase progress through management reporting.
• Collaborate with the external ecosystem, including tertiary education institutions and non-profit organizations; identify existing contacts and develop new ones to explore BNPP participation or contributions.
• Data analytics and reporting: Prepare monthly penetration and usage reports for all digital assets; review, consolidate, and enhance dashboards during the internship.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand and Communications to execute the internal communications content calendar.
• Work with Learning and Development to curate and execute a new ways of working development plan in conjunction with this programme.
