Gain exposure to the investment side of Global Investment Banking within OCBC’s Mezzanine Capital Unit. As an intern, you’ll support investment activities across deal evaluation and execution, working closely with experienced investment professionals. This internship provides a foundation in financial analysis, investment thinking, and market research while learning how capital solutions are structured and deployed.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investment Process Support: Assist the investment team across different stages of the investment process, from initial screening to review
• Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment evaluation
• Investment Materials: Help prepare investment memos, reviews, and supporting presentation materials
• Financial Modelling: Support basic financial modelling and analysis as required
• Team & Operational Support: Provide general operational and administrative support to the team

Who You Work With

The Mezzanine Capital Unit operates within Global Investment Banking and focuses on structured capital and investment opportunities. You’ll work closely with investment professionals in a lean, collaborative environment that values rigour, clarity of thinking, and continuous learning through practical exposure.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• Strong interest in investments, corporate finance, or banking
• Comfortable working with financial models and data
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to work well independently and within a small team
