About the Role
Engineering teams lose hours every week to repetitive tasks, context-switching, and hunting for the right information. We're fixing that — by building an internal AI platform that makes every developer sharper, faster, and less blocked. You’ll be on the small team making this happen. That means real ownership, fast feedback loops, and the satisfaction of seeing your work used by engineers every single day. If you're someone who loves building things that actually get used — this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of an internal AI platform used by engineers.
- Own features end-to-end, from ideation and implementation to testing and iteration based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and thorough documentation to support long-term usability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements.
