Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the EUC asset life cycle, including planning and overseeing deployment (e.g., staff onboarding), loan, refresh, and retirement (staff offboarding) of end-user devices, ensuring timely updates and replacements.
• Assist in software packaging, release, and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient software updates.
• Provide IT support, including technical troubleshooting, software installation, and upgrades.
• Support post-resolution follow-ups of incidents and fulfill IT service requests.
• Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, security, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all EUC assets, including their status, location, and user assignments.
• Ensure that all end-user devices comply with the firm’s security policies and standards.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a diploma program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in troubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.
• Strong interest in providing excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
• Familiarity with IT asset management principles and best practices is a plus.
• Awareness of security policies and standards related to end-user devices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
