What the Role Entails
- You will be working in a compliance team for international game publishing, assisting in updating content, templates, and translating documents (English and Chinese) for our compliance knowledge sharing centre.
- Support market compliance research related to the gaming industry, including tracking regulatory developments across different regions, conducting desk research, and assisting in the preparation of compliance analysis reports and summaries.
- Work with our in-house designer to design compliance course posters and marketing materials, assist in releasing course learning notifications, organize course enrollment, and complete the collection of post-course feedback.
- Assist in project management on a compliance platform development project, including user requirement gathering and performing testing.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the team.
Who We Look For
- Ability to proficiently handle Chinese and English documents, as the role involves handling and translating compliance-related material in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design software like Photoshop is a plus and the ability to design updates and promotional materials according to PSD source files.
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week, ideally full-time, with an internship period of 3 months or more.
- Responsible, attentive, patient, with clear logic, strong execution, and excellent communication skills.
