What you will be doing

• Refine contents on the brand.com portal (Sony Store Online)
• Improve and enhance the Sony Store shop portal on marketplace to ensure content performs more effectively for the platform
• Student Recruitment project into My Sony Rewards program

What you should have

• UX, copywriting and design skill sets
• Hands-on experience with using Canva for small design work

Learning Outcomes

• How to refine contents for online platforms, improving its effectiveness in driving engagement and sales.
• How to navigate and manage product listings and content on marketplace platforms
• Gain an understanding of how to ensure certain level of content consistency across different online stores and marketplaces, which is crucial for maintaining brand identity and performance.
• Through the student recruitment project into the My Sony Rewards program, learn about customer loyalty program, focusing on how to effectively/efficiently recruit, engage and retain customers through rewards and incentives.
