Job Purpose
Support the Sync team’s efforts to maximize income for Extreme and our artists, while servicing the diverse needs of your assigned client group.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sync Team (New York & Los Angeles) with daily duties such as music searches, creative servicing, quoting, sync submissions, and live demos.
- Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of clients (music searches, quotes, music file delivery, account creation, etc.).
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the Sync Team’s markets and territories through calls, emails, and in-person activities/events.
- Stay up to date with the industry, competitive landscape, new product features, services, pricing, news, opportunities, and trends; manage awards submissions.
- Field new sign-ups and general contact inquiries, and delegate to appropriate representatives.
- Create automated email campaigns for the Sync Team (on-boarding/intro, follow-ups, targeted playlists, etc.).
- Assist in planning client events, including venue research and booking, invitations, etc.
Who You Are
Skills and experience required
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about music.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM is a plus.
- Some travel required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 7.5-hour business workday, with potential extended hours for varying work volume and occasional client events.

Salary & Benefits Disclaimer
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $45,423.00–$64,890.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or benefits. The actual base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
