Junior Product Manager

Overview

The Junior Product Manager – Fixed Income & Credit supports senior product leaders by gathering requirements, coordinating delivery, and driving adoption of platform enhancements across rates and credit workflows. This role bridges business stakeholders, broking desks, and technology teams, contributing to initiatives that support revenue growth, market coverage, and regulatory/compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and users across rates and credit workflows.
• Coordinate delivery activities between cross-functional teams, including business, trading desks, and technology.
• Drive adoption of platform enhancements by coordinating communication, training, and change management efforts.
• Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, broking desks, and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Contribute to initiatives that support revenue growth, expand market coverage, and address regulatory and compliance needs.
