Ares is offering a highly selective opportunity for motivated and talented first-year university students to learn about the "Power of the Platform" - the foundation of Ares' success as a leading global alternative investment manager.

Programme Overview

• Spend four days in Ares’ London office, plus attend one virtual session.
• Learn about Ares' Culture & Employee Resource Groups.
• Participate in expert-led technical workshops designed to equip you with the foundational skills required to excel in the finance industry.
• Connect with team members to explore the day-to-day life at Ares.
• Discover the wide range of career opportunities available in the alternative investment industry.

• Five-day programme spanning across two weeks

Dates

• In-person sessions: 30 March – 2 April 2026
• Virtual session: 10 April 2026

Sessions will take place during business hours (9:00–17:00). Exact timings for each session will be shared with selected participants closer to the dates. You must be available to attend all listed dates to be eligible for this programme.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate students graduating between December 2027 and August 2028
