Project Scope

The project will focus on enhancing the IoT and TPM programs in the Photo Module.

Project Description and Deliverables

Set up Anomaly Detection with IoT sensors

• Tools have various intricate parts that require monitoring to ensure they are running as intended and producing qualified products. Internal tool sensors are sometimes not automatically traced into a single analytical platform. The project aims to integrate tool signals into a viewing platform to detect anomalies early and administer remedies to prevent major production impact.
• The key role will involve setting up various sensor signals/controllers, servers, data transfer protocols, and dashboards for data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Micron network and leverage worldwide resources during deployment, as some sites are ahead of others in IoT projects.

TPM program enhancement with Core Team

• TPM methodology is a cornerstone for production and equipment maintenance efficiency and is part of Micron culture.
• The role will assist the core team in deploying TPM projects, improving the overall TPM culture within the team, and, in turn, improving module metrics (Production, Equipment, Process).
• It will involve working closely with the core team and technicians to understand the current TPM methodology, collaborating on existing projects, and suggesting new ideas for further improvement.

Requirements

Diploma with some experience in programming, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering preferred.
